The approach I offer is the person-centred approach and what this means is that you, the client, lead the content and direction of a session.
Depending on your needs we might use techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and/or NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
My role as counsellor is to actively listen and support you to find your own solutions to issues you might have, in a non-judgemental way.
I specialise in online counselling using the media that suits you best - webcam, telephone, email or SMS.
You can have a single session of counselling for something that might be dealt with in that short time or you can commit to a longer series of sessions with regular reviews. A counselling session is 50 minutes. I will never make you have more counselling than you need. I am not able to give advice, although I would do my best to signpost you to the relevant support.
