Coaching shares similar skills to counselling and works by giving you practical skills that you can use in your everyday life – at home, at work and at leisure.
It can help you set goals and achieve them. It helps you to change the way you think about things, to break established patterns of negative thinking so that you can break down barriers and reach your potential.
Each session will recap on the previous session to find out how you put action plans into practice and what you did to achieve them.
Then the session will focus on a topic of your choice. We will focus on a particular goal for the session.
We will look at the reality of your current situation and discuss any options that you have. From there we will write an action plan for completion at an agreed time.
